Re-implement the Export feature

Add back the export feature to allow exporting the current selection or an arbitrary area in JPG and PNG formats.

Implements

Export current selection
Export multiple selected nodes as separate
Export in JPG and PNG formats
Handle overwrites and existing files

ToDo for the next PR

Export Artboards
Grab area to export
Implement a FileName attributes for the nodes so we can maintain it

Partially handles #733, but not entirely.
