Validator crash with GTFS file including stops without location

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build a GTFS file including stops without location (both blank latitude and 
longitude)
2. Validate the file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The error should appear in the HTML report. Instead, the program crashes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

transitfeed-windows-binary-1.2.6. Windows 7 x64.

Please provide any additional information below.
