Crash when running feedvalidator #279

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Ran feedvalidator on my feed data. stops.txt contained stop with empty stop_lat 
and stop_lon values.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected, that error is reported in HTML report. Instead I got Python crash, 
log file attached.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.2.6 on Windows.

I can't reproduce this.  Can you post the feed file you used as input?

Sorry, this was the first incarnation of my feed file and I don't have it any 
more. The file was completely buggy and I don't have time to recreate it, so I 
don't mind if this is closed with "unable to reproduce".
