Harmonize formatting of public constant variables: remove leading underscores #280

The GtfsObjects contain public constants such as _FIELD_NAMES or 
_REQUIRED_FIELD_NAMES. The correct styling for public constants however would 
be without the leading underscore "_".
This should be a relatively easy refactoring step but it would touch probably 
almost all python files of the FeedValidator code.
