Per @akirk: Let's use this issue for debugging.

Helpful for debugging would be:

Please use the latest version from this repo.
Take a look at access and error logs of your webserver. Which requests does Ivory make?

Mammoth is able to see my instance and I get as far as the WordPress 'Authenticate' screen in the Mammoth credentials screen.

Nothing happens on the app side (like the handshake is incomplete). Here are my access logs:

Nothing is in my error logs. In the EMA dashboard screen, however, we can see an access code is registered for Mammoth but a token isn't issued.

I have this same issue.

I have released 0.3.3 with a fix for the Mammoth iOS app (it sends the POST parameter inside the URL instead of the Post body). Please test again, I hope it works now!

@akirk Can confirm I was able to log in successfully to Mammoth.
