Ivory Fixes

Ivory makes a number of assumptions that we didn't satisfy so far, resulting in an unusable experience:

• status ids (despite being strings in the Mastodon API) need to be numbers
• user ids (despite being strings in the Mastodon API) need to be numbers

Also, Ivory crashed because of the boosted status id had the same as the booster status id.
