Fix ActivityPub preview and use more details when creating the user #354

Previewing an ActivityPub resulted in this error: An unknown parser name was supplied (@lordmatt's report):

This is fixed in this PR.

Further improvements:

Prefer an ActivityPub feed when it's available
Derive the username from the ActivityPub data
