Move annotations toggle to the bottom of the page

Moving the annotations toggle as a floating button towards the bottom of the page has several advantages:

• it has a larger target area making it easier to activate
• it is easier to reach with your thumb when on mobile
• the toolbar gains some space for other exciting things
