feat: add german translation #914

Hi akiver,

not quite sure this is the right way to request contributing to a german translation. I went roughly by the translation guidelines. I'd like to able to provide a translation of csdm into German anyway :)

Thanks! You got it right, you have to run npm run format to format the code, that's why the CI failed. Don't forget to send a request to join the Crowdin project https://crowdin.com/project/cs-demo-manager
