Just a note that it's the other way around. This is aligning with British spelling, which doubles the L in these cases. Makes sense to align with other Akka usage.
Also, the verb
marshal
is always still one L, both US and British. Similar to other words that double the L. Liketravel
(British:travels
,travelling
,travelled
,traveller
and US:travels
,traveling
,traveled
,traveler
).
For the record, we mostly use US spelling, e.g. Behavior, but here it's better to align with existing Akka HTTP spelling.
Marshaller has two 'l's.
