Outcome

Project infrastructure

  • Split travis build per module

Done, but had some issues with the Travis caches. Builds that will not do anything as of TestChanged still take 1:30 min.

  • split view in Akka Minion

Done

  • Gather download statistics

Done, needs further refinement.

  • publish nightly builds

Does not work properly, yet.

  • build and publish docs for PRs

Not started.

Communication

  • Review Readme and Contributing files

Done for both Alpakka and the Kafka connector

  • Write blog post to communicated Lightbend's plans

Worked quite a lot on an implementation directly based on Akka gRPC.
