Kafka Connector
- Upgrade plugins
- Scalafmt at end of sprint

- Copy release mechanics from Alpakka

Modernised the whole build

Transaction support is now available, including some benchmarks

Reorganised the integration tests, and created many new
Started to build infrastructure for using Kafka clusters in tests
- Go through issues and clean up outdated things
Some cleanup, we'll do more during face-2-face meeting with the Akka team
Project infrastructure
- improve publishing of Alpakka nightlies
- publish nightly builds for the Kafka connector
Both projects publish snapshots after every merge to master
- build and publish docs for PRs

Communication
- Discuss scheme to indicate modules' state
