- Use the Java APIs of Alpakka connectors for examples

- Collect Java API creation docs for contributors
Documentation examples converted to Java API. Good patterns collected to a reference connector.
Kafka Connector
- Finish flexible message types

- Discuss scheme to indicate modules' state
Discussed with the Akka team, so the same maturity state definitions can be used throughout akka modules as well. Also joined discussions with project-version-server team.
