404 Error in admin interface #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install magento-ce-solr as advised
2. Browse to admin interface -> configuration -> solr
3. 404 Error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The admin interface should show up.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Magento 1.6.2.0

Please provide any additional information below.

SOunds like you need to refresh Magento cache, log out and back in again.
