Fix font on cards #96

Epic Issue Description:

Some cards could use improvement when it comes to text presentation/ font:

[ ] exercise cards (maybe don't bold the name, and make exercise info smaller?)
[ ] workout log cards (same as exercise cards, but un-bold the date, and make the workout name smaller?)
