we are going to need to write a "new_project" creator or similar #73

Something to seed the correct key files, etc. for a new project.

Things are getting a little bit complicated, and it's much easier for people to fill in the values for well-documented config files that are already there.

Not a high priority - let's get things working first then this is a bonus.
