Anyway to send builds to dockerhub (or GHCR) for ease of deployment?

I am interested in a better way to distribute and install it but I'm not sure if is possible with a docker-compose project. This is a topic I don't have any experience with so I'd be interested in hearing what advice people have about better ways to distribute code across different operating systems. At this point I'm just happy it works on Windows and Linux.
