This driver is not maintained anymore.

There are active, updated forks on github.

For a driver with docs and samples consider https://github.com/Eonblast/Emysql, 
which is a 2009 rewrite of this driver for EA.

Any one using mysql-driver for erlang in production and if so this one ? Or a 
fork ? Which fork ?
