CRAN:

[x] Tidy DESCRIPTION
[x] Finalise decisions on API.
[x] Check the current structure is acceptable expandable
[x] Confirm we don't want any additional features

Paper:

[x] Decide which papers to do and when.
[x] Submit to CRAN before software paper.

Guess we should have a chat about this with all involved and hash out a plan. But it's close to a good version 1 now. The two papers under discussion were a simulation paper and a stats software paper.
