Guess this is as good a place as any to discuss what the scope (v1 at least) should be.

Data Prep

[x] Full pipeline from SpatialPolygonsDataFrame and rasters to fitted model

Modelling

[x] Random field switch on and off.
[x] Likelihoods: Normal, poisson, binomial?
[x] Ability to get the compiled model out without fitting (so that people can use tmbstan)
[x] iid effect switch on and off?

Others

[x] I guess a summary, print and plot method.
[x] A predict method. Might be surprisingly difficult.

Let me if I got this wrong but I think I've ticked the things correctly.

You can get to compiled model out just by setting its = 1... one day maybe add a special case for its = 0, but really not high priority.
