UTF-8 characters get messed up #40

Hello and thanks for making gulp-svg2png happen!

I have an SVG with some UTF-8 text which turns into garbage in the png output.

I suspect it's due to this bug present in svg2png 3.x.x and not not present in 4.x.x. Any reason against upgrading to the latest svg2png?
