Examples like the menu should be avoided at all cost. There is no reason why the breakpoint needs to be set in JS here.

JS Breakpoint : Because javascript es6 we can set or not set the breakepoint. However when webpack compile js file. new file js compile has been the breakpoint automatic.
CSS Breakpoint: sass(Preprocessor css) can created file 2 type ( .sass || .scss ). if i use file type .sass i can Ignore the breakpoint( ; ) or brackets ( {} ) in the code. But if i use file type .scss it should be set the breakepoint and brackets in code everywhere.
