Looks like Codeforces sometimes updates data post-contest; probably best to drop incrementality and refresh contests completely every now and again?

Separately for user data it looks like things sometimes get out of sync...

Perhaps not an issue after all? I might have gotten confused as I didn't realize we're now showing problem in all contests in which it featured (which is good), which means we need to handle #24 .
