"Folders included" settings doesn't work #77

I just downloaded the plugin to and added one folder in the "Folders included" setting as the following:

Atlas/

When I press "Generate index now" Zootelkeeper generates indexes for all folders which resulted in creating 14 files.

Thank you for this useful plugin. I have the same problem. I am trying to use the include and exclude feature and it does not work. When I use the Generate index now button it generates an Index file for a path I asked it to exclude

+1 I couldn't find a way to make the included/excluded feature work myself.

I am also seeing this problem. I carefully listed a single folder in the Folder Included section to test the plugin and it generated new files all over my vault :-(
