This I have observed for template folder. So, in my case I have a folder Templates. Index created in Templates is avoided by Templater somehow and just let zoottelkeeper edit the file. So, index in templates folder appeared without parsing but everywhere else it appeared fine. And this issue supposed to be Templater issue rather Soottelkeeper issue. (-:
