Updated deps #28

I had to downgrade my decimal package to work with the hexpm doctor, so I went ahead and updated all the dependencies here.

Hopefully I didn't break anything ...

Thanks @djthread! I'll probably cut a release later this week after I fix #26 and #23 :)
