1. read baci-data: change sql to convert Null-Value to 0
2. delete oert folder from git repo
3. delete rows if jear < 2000 from baci.db
4. merge baci and wgi data (copied the “Normalized”-Tabel from the wgi.db to the baci.db, create a wgi database view, change the select-sql in init.py to add a Colum “PartnerWGI” in baci-dataframe
