Anish Version 0.9 Updated database #2

Several changes including calculation parameters for recycling input rate, scenario analysis, plots and updated database.
The newer version will include modification in plots.py, depreciation of several functions and modification required to be uploaded as a package.
The final version for beta testing is to be followed.
