Allow use of album name in --album when uploading #21

When uploading to an album using --upload, allow the parameter to be the name of the album.

We will then look up the album's Flickr ID and use that. If there is more than one available choice, then either allow the user to select (ideally) or error with list of names and IDs so that the user can use the correct ID.
