error in downloading doctionary #156

Is the issue specific to a particular dictionary?  If so, which one? (For
example: DE-EN or German-English).
Yes it is to English dictionary
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.its showing the downloading fail due to destination file is unavailable

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS is android

Completely reworked the downloads in the new version, hopefully released 
tomorrow.
