Is the issue specific to a particular dictionary?  If so, which one? (For
example: DE-EN or German-English).

EN - Tagalog

Your 10 was typed wrong, you put 11 instead of ten (sampu)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It will be corrected.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

HTC one

Please make the correction on en.wiktionary.org (although it looks like someone 
already did):
