cannot stop the german voice download #227

Is the issue specific to a particular dictionary?De-En  If so, which one? (For
example: DE-EN or German-English).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When I open it just starts downloading german voice but cannot be stopped 
and it drains my battery..

What is the expected output? Can be stopped What do you see instead? even if i 
restart my phone it is still dowloading

What version of the product are you using? The latest On what operating system? 
Ice cream sandwich gt-I9070
