Downloaded dict not available #280

Is the issue specific to a particular dictionary?  If so, which one? (For
example: DE-EN or German-English).
It-en
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.download it-en dict.
2.download completed
3.I don't have it-en dict among the available ones

What is the expected output?
It-en would be together with downloaded dicts

What do you see instead?
That is still as a downloadable file

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Last issue on android 4.4.2

Please provide any additional information below.  Screenshots can be very
helpful.
