Auto refresh #33

Is it possible to autorefresh the feeds rather than having to do "R" frequently (feeding the addiction, I know)?

Please take a look at http://www.newsbeuter.org/doc/newsbeuter.html, especially "auto-reload" and "reload-time".

Haa.. not sure how I missed it. Maybe because the "refresh-on-startup" made me wrongly assume that the option would be something to do with "refresh" and I just searched for that string in the documentation.
