Add support for gpodder.net #551

Will there ever be a way to sync newsbeuter with gpodder.net? I use AntennaPod on my android device and it would have been great to sync between the two.

I just skimmed the docs; seems like this should be integrated with Podbeuter, not Newsbeuter proper. Podbeuter doesn't get much love—or even much use, if issues in this tracker is a good indicator. So the chances of an interested developer appearing and implementing this is quite slim.

But the issue will be here for anyone willing to do something useful with their time. Thanks for bringing this up—I wasn't even aware of such a service.

Well perhaps what I'm about to say should have gone to another issue but since you have mentioned it already, why is podbeuter separated from newsbeuter? In a way, it is also discussed in #425, I think it would have been much more comfortable to have just one program which enqueued the podcasts and played them as well. All of the hacks in #425 are there in order to avoid opening podbeuter. I think it would make newsbeuter much easier to use and faster to learn for new users, IMO.

I don't really know, but I guess it's because of Unix philosophy of keeping different things separate. Downloading podcasts is a bit different from fetching feeds; listening to audio files is very different from reading news.

All of the hacks in #425 are there in order to avoid opening podbeuter.

Which can be interpreted a number of ways. Personally, I am okay with not every Newsbeuter user also being Podbeuter user. Although I won't be against someone stepping up and making Podbeuter attractive enough so more people consider using it.

And people not using Podbeuter is one more reason not to pull it into Newsbeuter itself.
