Feature-request: Color-Codes in format strings #601

I would like to have the ability, if possible, to color some text in the format string, to make some parts of the screen more distinguishable. I would think about using escape sequences in the format strings, like feedlist-format.

Hi! Newsbeuter is no longer maintained; I'm keeping a fork at newsboat/newsboat. I've re-submitted your issue there because I find the idea interesting. You can track the progress in newsboat/newsboat#4. Thanks!
