Sometimes, a --no-cache build is needed #116

for example if pip installing from a remote git repo (and the ache is still hit) because docker is not smart enough to understand it's a remote install through pip.

I don't think this issue still occur. If it's not the case with the latest version of docky, feel free to reopen this issue.
