replaces Akretion custom mailcatcher image https://github.com/akretion/docker-mailcatcher by this one based on Alpine Linux https://hub.docker.com/r/tophfr/mailcatcher/
This possibly is not even the full size (and win):

Tested successfully, it works exactly as expected. I think we could even trash the https://github.com/akretion/docker-mailcatcher repo after this merge.
