Requested additions:

[x] Max Wind
[x] Max Wind Gust
[x] Time and Direction of Max Wind
[x] Time and Direction of Max Wind Gust

Should be doable. ~~Am thinking a life choice would be to only include the first entry in the case of ties.~~, NWS feedback says that ties should go to the last value in time, to match other climo products.
