Download ERA T255 from NCAR for period 1979 to 31 Dec 2010

script started on nrel now with entire period queued up.

The script has been running for 32 hours and completed 3.16 years. So the ETA is 13 days :/

Currently downloading Feb 1993 and at 2.1TB in size

Download got to 9 Sep 1996 before rda.ucar.edu took a 4 day holiday. Should be able to restart again tomorrow.

Currently almost done with June 2000.

The download completed. I ran a script that checked that all files were present and that each grib file had 444 messages inside. So we should be done with this task.
