Create a card component in the components folder that has the the name of the city over a picture. Sample like below. Ignore the "promoted by saudi" part and also just have a short description about the city along with its name. We're not looking at flight prices or anything like that for now. Just a card component. Look for such cards in nextui/shadcn/material UI
