A feature should be there which provide each participant to apply background effects on there video cam

There are so many background effects on gmeet, and I dont think it will be possible to complete all of them within the few days remaining in codepeak. I can try to add the blur effect in the backgound for now

Ok go with it Just try to add one two more effects with blur
