LiteLLM removal? #45

Hi @akshata29,

I see litellm got merged here https://github.com/akshata29/entaoai/pull/39

But I see it got removed here - https://github.com/akshata29/entaoai/commit/04c45e5e5bf810611b1e663e511e83b3bb7f82e5.

What was missing for it to be useful? Any feedback here would be helpful.

We will revisit as at this point, there's significant code changes we have to make (both in API and Promptflow)
