Android 13 Support #271

Please users on Android 13 couldn't see recent photos. They can only take live photo. Please can you help update this library (implementation 'com.fxn769:pix:1.5.6') to support Android 13. 90% of our code is written Java. Thanks @akshay2211 we are still stuck in com.fxn769:pix:1.5.6 beacuse our code is written in JAVA. Please can we have a JAVA compatible version with documentation of version 1.6.3 Thanks
