Duration change in task properties does nothing #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1) Open task properties, set duration to, for example "0d2h" instead of default 
"1"
2) Click "OK"
3) Reopen task prop's. Duration still "1".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: Duration of task changed to "0d2h"
Actual: Duration of task is still "1"

No other time units but days are supported in GP 2.0.X (and it is not a bug).
