Wrong update of dependencies on subtask duration change #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create the following hierarchy of tasks:
task1
  task11
task2

2. Draw dependency task1->task2
3. Open properties os task11 and increase its duration. Press Ok

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: task1 also becomes longer and task2 shifts

Actual: task2 stayson its place
