Add attributes class and placeHolder to username field

I think I messed up few styles here. I did not see the sign in page. I should have used the styles that are similar to the one in signin page. Please take a look at it. Thanksl

yea the classes you given may create a visual difference with the other inputs. but its fine we can fix that later if it becomes an issue :+1:
