Changing User IP #205

Please provide detailed Information about the Feature you would like to
see.

Somehow, I believe that the possibility to change your user IP address in the 
game could become handy for some people. Because once you are spotted by 
someone you'll be a target forever without a way out.
Maybe at a cost of loyalty points or a large credit fee you'd be able to change 
it. Making it so that people don't change it all the time but do have the 
ability to do it when really needed.
