Missions That Cannot Be Completed, Being Created as Wrong Type

(2) What is your issue?
Cannot complete an edit info mission.
(3) What steps will reproduce the problem?
a)Accept an edit info mission

(4) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
octic's mission would not complete despite his plot triggers showing the proper 
edits.  He copy pasted the email, it was for an edit mission, but the plot 
trigger showed a copyFile mission as the type.

a) what where you doing when you discovered the problem?
b) are you able to retrace your steps in order to reproduce the problem?

octic had issues with two steal from bank missions.  No connection issues, or 
game slowdown.  One mission email was showing a different account number and 
steal amount when compared to the plot trigger and final ballance numbers.  The 
second mission was reporting correctly, but still would not complete.

Rabid had an incorrect file issue for a public file mission.  Email was 
reporting file on the wrong server.  File was located on Steeldata in the 
employee file server which would have been beyond Rabid's ability to hack.  
Rabid reports that he has a slow internet connection in Africa and that 
autosaving causes his game to slow significantly.  Although he did not remember 
an autosave at the same time as accepting the mission.
