Attack sync errors #573

Issue:

This is part of a major ongoing issue in the attack system that seems to have
been manifesting itself a lot lately.

In particular, this time, I was attempting to hijack fractal.db. Nobody else
was connected (as far as I know) and the server started with full HP.

I first disabled CON/CPU/DSK. I then worked on getting MEM down to a hijackable
level.

At some point net.health reported 1537 HP MEM left (and the HP bar seemed to
match). A single attack for 424 on MEM followed. The server then crashed,
wasting all time spent on the hijack.

The server truly crashed, it was not just a manifestation of the separate
erroneous "target forced to disconnect" issue that has been cropping up.

Expected result: Server has 1537 - 424 MEM HP = 1113 HP left after hit.
Actual result: All components disabled, server crashed.

Screenshot of hwdiag log attached.

Comments:

A similar thing happened yesterday when SirzechsLucifer and I were attempting
to hijack simteki.

We took down CON/MEM. The CPU health bar showed it as being empty but
net.health reported full CPU HP -- we don't know why but we both saw this. The
intention was to hijack DSK. At some point:

  - CPU health bar was empty.
  - CPU HP reported in console as full.
  - DSK HP reported in console as 41 HP (health bar matched)
  - CON/MEM disabled.
  - Sirzechs was running DSK hijack scripts only.
  - I was running DSK hijack scripts but had just noticed CPU issue so put two V15 CPU attack scripts in w/ 6 DSK hijack scripts.

At this point, one of my CPU attack scripts hit the full/empty (unsure) CPU.
The server immediately crashed, despite having 41 DSK HP left - even if the CPU
*was* full health this would have made no sense. Neither Sirzecs nor myself
were running DSK strike scripts, only hijack.

A possible similar problem also occurs, with a much higher severity, in attacks
on other players. Significant lag in hits, sudden jumps in remote HP,
inconsistent health bar and net.health output, and consistent failure of
viruses to infect despite being reported as a success (in particular, chatbox
virus), all may be related to this issue.

Something to point out based on a question momo had asked me in game: All
attack scripts were staggered as evenly as possible.
